Currently, we are looking for professionals to fill the following positions:

Software and Validation Project Manager

Candidate must have an extensive background in software development and project management.  The candidate must display a proven track record of success.  

Qualifications:

	BS Computer Science or related field
	12+ years experience, including 7 years software project management experience
	MS/MBA and PMP highly preferred
	Must have hands-on experience with multiple software methodologies, i.e., Unified Process (RUP), Agile, SEI CMM/CMMI, IEEE, MSF, DoD, etc.
	Extensive software development and management experience in both client/server and web-based projects including e-commerce
	Experience in GMP and GXP Validation activities
	Experience successfully managing multi-million dollar projects
	Experience managing concurrent projects effectively
	Must be adept in a fast-paced leading-edge environment
	Ability to operate in an autonomous role
	Demonstrated leadership and team skills
	Significant experience in software quality assurance and requirements analysis
	Command of Microsoft Project, Office, and process modeling toolsets (e.g., Rational)
	Excellent communication and presentation skills
